Tanner was very helpful and eager to provide quality customer service to myself and everyone he encountered I noticed while I waited for the service work to be completed on Vehicle. This location was efficient and handled all services requested except alignment as the machine was down on date of my service. Prices were fair market value and had discounted packages at time of visit also.

We were looking for a new mechanic and needed some work done on my Ford Ranger. Back brakes and a much needed oil change. Finally cracked my husband's wallet to get it done and now my traction light is on and my ABS light was on when coming home. I was expecting 2 to 2½ hour wait and ended up there for 5 hours. Made me wonder if they had to mine the ore for the new rotors. The technician did explain what needed to be done brake wise and how he tried to keep it at our price threshold. Vehicle is good to go for 3 more months and then it will be time for another oil change. I'll get a trusted friend to read the codes for traction and no ABS and see what can be done. UPDATE 3:01 PM, I did come back to see why the brakes are don't seem to grab properly ( I feel like they don't the first few times after starting the engine so I came back and now sitting in the waiting area to see what happened.

Excellence, Excellence, I had a beautiful experience.All staff was great. I spoke to a few, of the Brakes Plus Family. Everyone was nice. Everyone had a smile on their face. Amanda, was great, we laughed, and talked. I was a mess, and they all made it better. They stayed after, hours to finish my vehicle. The location is great, you can shop, and get food. I am most gracious, grateful, for this team. I was referred, from Don’s. I didn’t get the names of the other Team players, but you know, who you are that I spoke to. Sorry for that. I know where to go when I need help on my vehicle. I will drive from Gretna, to Council Bluff. Thanks once again. Brakes Plus Team. Until next time

Had My brakes worked on and also rescheduled for some More work to be done the workers there are very professional and are polite and respectful. And very helpful with details on your vehicle and what things need worked on. I definitely recommend anyone who needs vehicle work especially brakes to come here. They are extremely friendly and awesome people.
