I went to this shop to replace my battery. The owner told me that I also need to replace the IBS. After doing some research, I found out that the total cost of the parts is around $400 and it is a matter of less than 2 hours of work. However, the owner charged me about $1300 claiming that the parts cost about $550, the inspection was $150 and the labor charge was $600. He claimed that he work on this for 5 hours and $120/hr is the labor charge. However, the time between his first call to me about the problem and his last call saying that it was fixed was less than 4 hours. This auto shop is a complete rip off and I would never recommend anyone to go to such a place.

Melco is the owner and previously worked at BMW. He does not overcharge. Very good mechanic and honest. I will not take my BWM anywhere else!
