I recently brought my car here for the first time, and I’m genuinely impressed with their service. They recommended exactly what my car needed, unlike the dealer, who gave me a long laundry list of unnecessary items with a hefty price tag. Thoi and the team were incredibly helpful and honest throughout the process, even showing me each step. They didn’t charge me for anything unnecessary, and I really appreciate their transparency. I would highly recommend this place—5 stars just don't seem enough for the level of care they provide!

I always bring my cars to this place when having issues, Mr. Thoi always checked and gave me good deals. If the cars don't need to fix, he would tell me and never charged me... I guess because I am a loyal customer and I always am appreciated him for this.

This dealership is incredibly honest and helpful. When the AC in my Toyota Prius Prime stopped blowing cold air, I took my car to Abbott Auto Service. They inspected it and informed me that the fix would take a few days. They quoted around $1,200 for labor and parts and completed the repair for that price. Previously, I had it diagnosed at a Toyota service center, which quoted a significantly higher amount compared to Abbott Service Center. I will definitely be coming here again. :)

Called in for an oil change was owner did not hesitate to take me in right then and there. As soon as I arrived his team started working on my car and not to mention checked the car without even asking me, assured and asked me prior to doing any other work and notified me that everything else was good! Only other thing my car needed was adding coolant. Will definitely be coming back! Appreciated the fast and respectful service!
