I don't know if they reference files or if they have it all in their head, but they know my vehicle history as well as my doctor knows my medical history. They listen. If you don't explain the problem well, they will ask the right follow up questions. They are incredible trouble shooters. They have even given me advice over the phone to try to troubleshoot and solve my problems on my own. These guys take pride in fixing problems, and fixing them right. They are proud of their reputation and record. There is no BS. They will lay out your options, give you the pricing, and respect your decision. I've been a customer here for over 12 years, I have sent a dozen cars (family and mine) through Mark and Nate's shop and have had consistently great service, any issues were always resolved and they never tried to nickel and dime me or talk me into unnecessary work. Honest, hard working local shop. I recently moved back to area from Baltimore and now drive a whole county over to come here even for simple oil changes.
