I prefer to do my own service work and I won't let anyone else touch my Audi except Lyric Auto. I'll admit, I was a bit concerned after the ownership change. However, once I developed a coolant leak and then a check engine light, I decided it was a good time to test them out. I really don't like dealing with fluid. Especially in the winter. They were professional, timely, and came in under estimate (which I thought was very reasonable in the first place.) I had read that the OEM replacement water pump was plastic and called to ask if there were other options. They were way ahead of me and were quoting an aluminum version. Lyric is still the only place that I will be taking my car.

I have done business way before the new owner and was very happy with their service. Jullian the new owner has no interest in taking care of his customers. He sold me a car battery for $220 for my daughter's car less than 4 mos ago (which i found out that it sat in shelf for 6 moa) and it died. She was stranned on the road on a Friday night and had to get a jump. Saturday morning i was forced to buy a new battery from somewhere else just to get my daughter back and forth to work, since Lyric was closed for the weekend. Now i came back to Lyric and they wont refund my money stating they would exchange it but not refund my money. I dont need 2 batteries! Jullian, owner of Lyric, told me he wouldnt get reimbursed from Interstate so he isnt doing anything for me. I had no choice to get a new battery since he was closed on the weekend. He literally told me I should have kept jumping the battery all weekend to wait for him to open on Monday! Seriously he doesnt care about his customers. Very sad!

Lyric automotive llc located in bowling green oh will give you a quote, that is one price, then, when you pick up your car the bill will be hundreds of dollars more, with no reasoning. They also diagnosed another issue while our car was there, gave us a price of $3000 to fix that. We went somewhere else got another opinion and that issue was fixed for less than$100. Don't take your car here. Anne and Rick owned this before they were honest but not the new owner

Good business.This is the only one place in Bowling Green Ohio working on European cars. Price is normal the owner is honest For oil change Mercedes other closest place is 15 miles away in Sylvania and their price is triple and they continuously send me reminders for oil change, birthday cards and other ballshacking activities. For Volkswagen other closest place is Perrysburg with horrible service after tire rotation they broke my valve and this cost me worn tire and 2 new tires.
