I came in to this location after work, around 4pm, as I was leaving work I noticed my power steering was non existent, I thought to drop by as I usually go to this place because they are better at customer service than their competitors I feel. Just needed to pick up some power steering fluid and maybe some stop leak for that power steering issue. The man that I talked to was super helpful, he was even offering to help change out my power steering pump after purchasing it. I didn’t have the money at the that current moment for such an endeavor, but I appreciated it very much nonetheless, he even looked at my windshield wipers and diagnosed that it was a way less serious issue than I initially thought it was. (Less expensive). That’s why I’m giving 5 stars and will always stick with this business over their competitors, customer service, that’s what I value, and that’s what keeps me coming back.

Went in to buy a motorcycle battery for my daughters Ninja 300 after striking out at two other places. The guy that helped us, I believe his name was Kyle, was very helpful. It took him a few minutes to find a compatible battery and I appreciate him taking the time. Others would’ve possibly said no we don’t have it. At my request he tested the new battery and fully charged it up. Got the battery back to my daughters apartment and installed it. The bike started right up. Happy customer!

Purchased a battery from this place. Went to return the battery as our mechanic said it had cracked and employee John said he wouldn't warranty it because it was improperly installed. Funny as OReilly's was the ones who installed it. We ended up purchasing a new one just to get the car running safely, however the person installing it broke the battery harness. Mechanic talked to store manager Tom who said to come back in and he would refund the new battery and complete the exchange. Arrived back later that evening and John again refused to refund and told us to leave and not return. So we still haven't received a refund that was promised by store manager.

Good God am I lost when it comes to auto stores. But Tom at O'Reilly's helped me create a wonderful wash supply bucket for a veterans auction. Soap, sponges etc , makes a great gift for Christmas, great auction item or much more. The store was neat clean and good customer response .
