Lux Auto Body & Paint

This was the second time we took a car to Lux Auto Body & Paint, and we couldn't be happier. This was not an insurance claim, but rather our choice to have Lux beautify one of our cars. We could have taken it back to the Mercedes dealership, but we chose Lux due to the excellent results from our first visit. It all started with the reception from Eve at the front desk. She is super friendly, knowledgeable about the entire repair process, and updated us on every stage of the process. Most amazing of all, when she called to tell us that the body shop found more damage than originally expected, she was apologetic. (We actually knew about the damage because we had the original estimate done by the dealership) I can't say enough good things about not only the results, by Lux Auto Body & Paint, but also the service and very reasonable prices. We will always choose Lux for our auto body needs!

Lux auto body did nothing short of amazing. They walk you through every step, answer any questions you may have. Great customer service . They had my jeep for two weeks called with update. Everything went smooth and my car was safe with them. Great experience

When I tell you there's angels on earth, please believe me. A neighbor side swiped my suv and left some minor but need to be repaired damages. I received three estimates, and Lux Auto by far was the best. Not only was the price agreeable, but the integrity of business was appreciated. Peter is the angel on earth. His gentle spirit is a vibe. My suv looks brand new again, and I'm taking my other car there so it can once again look brand new. I highly recommend oh yes, and they're certified. Blessings to you!

It's not often that a visit to an auto mechanic reaffirms your faith in humanity, but after a visit to Lux Auto Body Service I can testify that it can happen. As a father of 4 and a grandfather of 3. I have installed and removed many of carseats in my day. I went to remove my granddaughters new one and the buckle became stuck inside. In my haste, the belt began getting tighter and tighter, before long the carseat is upside down tight as could be. After trying for what seamed like hours myself, I went to my first unsuccessful shop and they recommended I go to Lux. They greeted me right away with a "how can we help you?" After explaining what happed, they got right to work. I was already contemplating, would a new seatbelt be cheaper than this $350 carseat. But sure enough they got it released and back together in no time. I'm so thankful for Lux, their helpful and professional staff

Luxe has fixed my car twice. They were very communicative, informative, helpful, and very friendly. They did an awesome job on my car both times. They completed my car in a sufficient amount of time. I would recommend them to my friends,family and strangers. Lol
