The worst customer service department when having your vehicle serviced they tell you one thing and it is something completely different. Always try to over charge people and keep their vehicles longer than they should. I definitely do not recommend them especially the service department to get your vehicle fixed. Outrageous

Had been encouraged since out of town by pleasant receptionist on phone to arrive when service opened in morning and Id be taken care of. Pulled in. Service Mgr couldnt be bothered. Said soonest appointment was 4 days later but no one in bay?

This is my 3rd Toyota and I'm totally in love with the service department. They make me feel like family when I walk in. They take the time to get to know me as well as my car. I'm always greeted with a smile. Getting an appointment is super easy to do and they are always so grateful you chose LUV for your car's care. I would not and will not take my car anywhere else. I totally and completely trust the service department to do right by me in every way. LUV them!!
