lucks customs Introduce
Lucks Customs, situated at 1711 W 135th St ste d, Gardena, CA 90249, USA, positions itself within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, indicating its primary business is to provide services and goods related to vehicle maintenance and repair. The business can be reached via phone at (562) 241-5755 or mobile at +1 562-241-5755.
When evaluating an auto repair establishment, understanding its environment is crucial. Based on the available customer feedback, there are significant concerns regarding the operational environment of Lucks Customs. While no explicit descriptions of the physical shop or waiting area are provided, the sentiment conveyed by a prominent review suggests an environment where proper mechanical procedures and quality control may be lacking. The review describes a situation where work was allegedly not completed as promised, with critical components such as spark plugs, oil, and filters seemingly left unchanged despite claims of a "full tune-up." Furthermore, the discovery of oil leaks, a dirty air filter, loose wheel nuts, and a missing brake hose points to a severe disregard for thoroughness and safety within the repair process. Such conditions imply an environment that may not prioritize attention to detail or the professional standards expected of an auto repair facility. This anecdotal evidence strongly suggests a need for extreme caution for anyone considering services at this location, as the reported practices could compromise vehicle safety.
Regarding the services offered, as an "Auto Repair Station," Lucks Customs would typically be expected to provide a range of automotive maintenance and repair services. The specific review mentions a "full tune-up," which generally includes replacing spark plugs, checking fluid levels, replacing air and oil filters, and inspecting various engine components. However, the customer's account directly contradicts the claim of these services being performed. The issues reported, such as unchanged spark plugs, old oil and filter, and oil leaks, indicate that the promised services were either not executed or were performed inadequately. The mention of a "leaking brake hose" is particularly alarming, as brake systems are fundamental to vehicle safety and any oversight in their repair or inspection could lead to catastrophic failure. Therefore, while the category implies a broad array of services, the practical application and quality of those services, based on this direct feedback, appear to be highly problematic. Potential services that might be offered include general diagnostics, fluid changes, brake work, and engine tune-ups, but the actual delivery of these services requires careful consideration based on the customer experience provided.
The features of Lucks Customs, as gleaned from the available information, are predominantly negative. The most prominent feature highlighted by the customer review is a significant lack of competence and integrity. The review explicitly states that the individuals pretending to be mechanics "don't know anything" and are merely "looking at YouTube videos trying to fix cars." This suggests a critical absence of certified training, hands-on experience, and professional mechanical expertise. The allegations of being "scammed" and work not being performed as paid for point to a severe ethical lapse within the business operations. The "missing hose" and "loose wheel nuts" are not merely signs of poor workmanship but indicate a dangerous disregard for vehicle safety and customer well-being. Therefore, the defining features of this establishment, based on this review, are a reported lack of professionalism, questionable mechanical skills, and a potential for unsafe repairs, which is a stark contrast to what consumers expect from a reputable auto repair station. The overall impression is one of severe dissatisfaction and a strong recommendation to avoid the shop.
In terms of promotional information, there is no positive promotional content available from the provided data. Instead, the single customer review serves as a stark warning. The review's direct and emphatic recommendation to "please go somewhere else" and its description of a "horrible experience" function as a powerful deterrent rather than a promotion. For any business, customer testimonials are a key form of promotion, whether positive or negative. In this case, the highly critical feedback effectively acts as anti-promotional material, advising prospective customers to exercise extreme caution or to seek alternative repair services. Without any counterbalancing positive reviews or official statements from the business, the public perception, based solely on this information, is overwhelmingly negative. Businesses typically rely on word-of-mouth and customer satisfaction to build their reputation; however, the explicit advice to "go somewhere else" indicates a severely damaged reputation that would be difficult to overcome without significant changes in operational practices and customer service.

This is the worst shop ever, i got scammed there are 2 blackguys pretending to be mechanics and they don't know anything, i think they only look at you tube videos trying to fix cars so i took my car for full tune up , they said they changed everything and claimed that the car was ready like new, when i got home with the car i found they did not replace spark plugs, same old burned oil and filter, i found oil leaks from 3 different parts that they said they fixed it, same dirty air filter, 3 loose wheel nuts, 1 missing hose i almost had an accident driving it back home due leaking brake hose, smh " please go somewhere else " horrible experience with this shop.
