This man is as crooked as they come. This is not a statement I make lightly. We asked them to come our for a minor plumbing issue. He showed up hours at 1140 later with no ETA, no fix to the issue, and spent the entire time trying to talk to me about the law. He basically admitted his strategy was to hit Forest River with a quote so high they’d wanna just give me a new trailer. He also said that in my travels, if I just watched a few youtube videos on how to fix things I could “charge people whatever I wanted”. A $550 minimum two hour call out fee paid upfront before ever getting to to me is not only WRONG, but is an absolute cheat when the individual comes out with no fix and doesnt come or respond the next day when he said he would. He also spoke directly to Forest Rivers warranty manager in the most disrespectful way I’ve heard a professional speak. He called me back very upset id spoken to them or trusted them over him. Ive waited until being out of Ohio to write this review as i didn’t trust him not to be vindictive. Forest River has alerted all of their plants to him and will not be utilizing him as a roadside call out any further. Shame on you, Sir.

Wow! What great service! He diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. Once the parts came in, he installed everything quickly. His wife does the billing.......and warranty paperwork - yea! Very nice and very helpful people.

Was very Helpful on Helping us last minute fixing our Camper slideout so we could get it to our Seasonal site. Will be fixing it on site so we don't have to take it to the repair shop. Thank you so much Sheldon! Very nice couple to work with! If I could give you more than 5 stars we would!!

While we appreciate them coming out on a Monday evening to change our RV tire, he failed to give us the.price until it was time to pay. He also.did not bring the proper tools and we had to wait for someone to bring them. We ended up paying $572 to simply change the tire! Our spare only had 30 pounds of pressure and needed 65 and he said nothing about it needing air. I do NOT recommend them!!!

A semi threw a metal handle and it wedged itself under my car. I was trying to handle it while waiting for a tow truck (est. 4 hour wait time) and these nice young men asked me if I needed any help, proceeded to assist me in getting my car off the ground, removing the metal and got me mobile again. They were literally the saving grace of an otherwise terrible situation for me. They were so kind and polite. If I ever need services done I would definitely look them up again, what a breath of fresh air!

Not sure why there are one star reviews for this company, especially when they’re questioning the owners integrity… On a positive note, The owner’s wife saw my truck Pull off on the side of the road while I was traveling in Ohio. Her husband happened to be right behind her and he pulled over to see if I needed any assistance…. I only needed some fuel and He said he didn’t have a container with him, but he’ll be right back and before I knew it, he disappeared back on the road…. I told him I had already called AAA, but before I had much of an opportunity to talk to him, he was gone. About 15 minutes later, his wife pulled in with a 5 gallon container of diesel and a few minutes later I was on my way ! Now I didn’t call and ask for help. They just saw that I had pulled over and put my blinkers on and offered help. There was no expectation of a high repair bill or anything like that. They were just doing the right thing and I appreciated them stopping very much. I managed to get back on the road a full hour before AAA was to arrive. I can’t speak to the other reviews, but from my experience, both of them seemed to have a high level of integrity and customer service and I would certainly not hesitate to use them if I was in need again….
