I spoke to Desiree through phone regarding my electrical build. I specifically told her I bought all my electrical components, I just need help installing. She insured they can do the electrical. 2 weeks later she emails me saying “I am reaching out to discuss your van build, and electrical needs. I would like to make an appointment for you to come up with for Van so we can walk through it together.” Instantly I was stoked to finally get somewhere with my van. I emailed back and asked if it was okay I go in today since it was still morning. She said “yes at what time?” I asked her if 3 would be okay? Never replied. I’m waiting because unfortunately it’s a 2 1/2 drive for me. I decided to call in hopes they answer (I called them before and it’s hard to reach someone) she answered and said will you be coming at 3? I thought it was strange how she didn’t reply to my email. How am I suppose to know 3 was fine? I told her yes but it’ll be a 2 1/2 drive for me which is why I’ll be arriving at 3. I arrive and Desiree ask me what brand is my electrical components because they don’t work with some brands. My immediate thought- why didn’t she state that over the phone? I said victron. She says “we don’t work with that brand. And if we do it’ll be really expensive to build”.. something in that matter. I instantly became annoyed. This lady wasted 5hrs of my time. Cherry on top is when she said “I have something for you” brings me stickers and said “at least you drove 2 1/2 hrs for stickers” BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY INCONSIDERATE WITH PEOPLES TIME. Responding: After I changed my number, I immediately emailed them to inform them of the update. Both they and I have proof of this communication. It’s unacceptable that instead of taking accountability, they responded with a threatening tone. Frankly, this behavior is shocking. What makes them think I would want to engage in business with someone their company is partnered with? This not only reflects poorly on them but also tarnishes their partner’s reputation. I will be reaching out to upper management to address the lack of accountability, hostility, and unprofessionalism—not just onsite but also in their recent response to my review. God bless.

These guys make top notch metal cabinetry and accessories for vans and are a joy to work with. Our van conversion business has used their cabinets in some customer builds and they provide a very quick and easy way to develop a function floor plan quickly without having to custom design cabinetry. They are knowledgeable, fast to respond and generous with information and suggestions. Looking forward to working with them for years to come.

They are so disorganized and lie . Orders are always delayed or missing parts. Save yourself the headache and wait by buying from a more put together company.
