Despite it being the weekend, they quickly accommodated us and provided a fair, reasonable price. The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire experience stress-free. I’d like to thank Victor and his son, for doing a professional job same-day, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. The price was unbeatable and work was high quality which shows they genuinely care about their customers and they’re not in it just for the money. Victor has over 20 years of experience and you can sense the passion he puts into his work. We can spot someone who’s not genuine from a mile away, and when I met Victor and his son I immediately sensed their genuine nature, and while they were in the process of doing the repair, I also sensed the immense amount of pride and care they put into their work, which today is very difficult to find in a company. In the morning on my way to work, a semi kicked up a rock and made a 5/8” crack in my new windshield I got about a year ago. When my original factory windshield cracked, I paid a different company in Bakersfield $750 for this new windshield, it’s expensive due to extra fees of lane assist and impact warning calibration, while I was there talking with Victor he stated he would have given me a much higher quality windshield for much less $ including calibration and showed me he already had one in stock, the company in Bakersfield had to order one and also happened to be a cheaper Chinese brand and I waited days for it to come in and got charged a lot more than Victor’s offer) anyhow, bc of the high price I paid for the windshield I wanted to have the chip repaired professionally asap so it would stop the crack from spreading. They did a great job and I do not regret my decision choosing Los Primos, they have my business and a new loyal customer from now on, I will recommend them to friends and family. If you need your auto glass repaired or replaced do not hesitate calling Los Primos, know you’ll get high quality glass and professional work at a great price, it’s no wonder why they are the highest rated 5/5 stars glass company in Delano.
