2 stars because they fixed the issue. Went in for a paid oil change. Drove back home and upon reading some of my vehicles group posts, decided to check the oil level due to a bunch of dealerships overfilling the oil for some reason. I had doubts because this dealership has been good to me. When I checked my oil level was way over the fill line (picture on left. I checked both sides of the dipstick too and the picture shown below with the oil level over was the lowest one. I had called and said what I had found. They said that it was unlikely and it was fine and that the dipstick reading can be confusing but that I was more than welcome to have them check it out. I went back the next day and they checked the dipstick and told me that they would handle which they did as shown in the photo with the oil level at the proper level. The thing that got me tho was they said that the oil was only a little over. Long story short check your oil level if you have a dipstick. Just because it’s a dealership doesn’t guarantee a great job even if it’s a simple one like an oil change. Better yet if you can and it doesn’t void warranty, do it yourself.

Customer service is bad. Employees take too long to help you and when they try to help you they are almost always in your face. store is convenient.

Hahah 26 year old me when to this dealership’s and decided to look at the 2025 Denali 1500s Right away getting there this young man approaches me and tells me what am I looking for? Then I answer with the 2025 Denali or the 2024 Denali that they had in the parking lot and I’m sure they still have it The guy took a picture of my ID. Let me take it on a test drive by myself really disrespectful Once coming down from the test drive by myself, I repeat he tells me how much do you want to put down? I say zero he laughs And say we’ll see but jokes on them Cause earlier that afternoon I went to moral Stone in Tulare And got myself a 2025 6.2 Denali 😂 Don’t recommend any of my friends or any of my barbershop clients to come to this whack ass dealership Where they don’t know how to respect their client even though they’re 26 year-old looking for a nice truck
