We had the new rear camera replaced today as per the recall. Kelby did the work quickly and accurately and it’s working great. Matt was as kind as courteous as he was when we were here for oil change recently. This is by far the best experiences that we have had at any of the other area shops for the past 2 years that we have owned our transit van!!

Came in to get oil change and recall fixed on vehicle and they said they couldn't find my appointment even though I showed them the email confirmation. Then after that they said i had to schedule an appointment for the recall and when i told them the appointment was for both the oil change and recall they said they had time for just the oil change but no time to fix the recall. I then told them the recall is a reprogramming issue and they finally said they would check it out. So far not very happy with the service techs.
