Recently had carb rebuilt and other repairs made on motorcycle prior to selling. Anthony and Jessica did a good job communicating and answering questions. They warranty their work for 90 days and explained the purpose and cost of the repairs prior to charging me. Overall good experience. Jessica was great in answering questions after the repairs concerning parts.

Once again it was a pleasure dealing with CPP. Anthony did some repairs for me years ago when he was at his old location....and I was pleased with his service then. Just recently I had some issues with my four wheeler so I went to CPP. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Jessica with a friendly smile and a genuine concern for my issues. While she completed my paperwork a guy unloaded my four wheeler. They did a complete diagnostic to locate the problem. They called me and explained what was going on and I told them to go ahead and repair my four wheeler. Through no fault of theirs the part was delayed. While I was inside going over my invoice a friendly service person loaded my four wheeler. Anthony and Jessica are the best. There's no other place I would entertain taking my four wheeler for repairs other than CPP. Keep up the good work!!!

The older fellow who took my friends money had a very nasty attitude! After keeping his 4 wheeler for 4 months 3 months longer than expected I guess he was mad because he received the payment the way he repaired it. Taking his time! Customer service is very important! I am pretty sure he don't care about a few city guys not spending money with him anymore. Change your attitude towards people and improve your customer service.
