LOAD TAMER CARGO NETS by Networks Enterprises, Inc.

I called to inquire of network solutions for a non-profit and the Office Manager was very rude. My initial call got disconnected after she told me that they were not interested in working with a non-profit. She had asked me what type of business I was calling for. I was convinced that she did not hang up on me so I called back! Once again, the Office Manager was very short and rude. She did tell me that she did not hang up on me as she thought the line disconnected. I attempted to explain that I had called two months earlier to inquire of their services and they were not accepting new clients; as a result, they referred me to two companies (which I misplaced their information; thus the reason for my call). I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and she responded that she was the only person available and the owner barely comes into the office. Before ending the call, the Office Manager told me that they don't do referrals for donations. I told her that I was not calling for a donation. She then asked me to explain why I was calling. I stated that her attitude and demeanor was unprofessional and I would never consider doing business with them as result. I believe that I contacted the wrong company as the company I contacted two months ago and was previously a client of, was never rude or unprofessional. This review was based off my experience and my perspective relating to my encounter with this company. I do not believe in creating negative publicity for any company; a company's customer service and work execution will speak for itself. I am hopeful that someone else's experience may be different than mine.
