Llantera Brakes Tires Introduce

Introducing Llantera Brakes Tires, an establishment operating within the Auto Repair Stations category, situated at 1501 N Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA. This auto service center aims to provide various vehicle maintenance and repair services to the local community, with a clear focus on tires and brakes, as indicated by its name. While it positions itself as a destination for essential automotive care, it's crucial to present an objective overview based on available public information.

The environment at Llantera Brakes Tires, like that of many Auto Repair Stations, would be a functional workspace designed to handle vehicle repairs. Customers can expect a typical garage setting with bays for car service, and areas for tire storage and brake component inventory. The physical setup would prioritize the practical aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. While specific details about customer waiting areas or aesthetic features are not provided, the operational environment is dedicated to performing mechanical tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake repairs. Its location on N Eastern Ave suggests accessibility within the Las Vegas urban landscape, making it a potentially convenient stop for local residents needing basic vehicle services.

Llantera Brakes Tires offers a range of services and goods, which are core to any Auto Repair Station, particularly those specializing in the namesake areas. As implied by its name, their primary services include the sale and installation of tires, as well as comprehensive brake services, encompassing inspection, repair, and replacement of brake components. Customer feedback also indicates that they offer oil changes, a fundamental routine maintenance service. The "goods for sale" would include various types of tires, brake pads, rotors, and other related automotive parts necessary for these services. While the scope of other potential repairs is not detailed, these core offerings cater to common and essential vehicle needs, positioning them as a go-to for these specific maintenance items.

The features of Llantera Brakes Tires, as unfortunately illuminated by customer reviews, highlight significant areas of concern regarding service quality and customer interaction. A detailed review describes an "unprofessional" experience with an oil change. The customer reported that their car's oil was drained before the shop confirmed having the correct type of oil, leading to the customer having to "walk to auto zone to get my own oil" and then waiting an additional 20 minutes before being informed they still didn't have the right oil. This chain of events resulted in a $75 charge for an oil change, which the customer deemed excessive given the inconvenience and the fact that they could have gone elsewhere for less. This incident points to severe deficiencies in operational procedure, inventory management, and customer communication, which are critical for any reputable Auto Repair Station.

Another customer's experience further reinforces concerns about service quality and customer relations. This reviewer stated, "They do not provide good service" and explicitly mentioned an issue with pricing transparency. Mr. Javier, a staff member, reportedly quoted a price for a tire change and then "changed the price in a very rude tone." This indicates a lack of clear communication, inconsistent pricing, and a disrespectful approach to customer interaction. The customer's strong recommendation to "not recommend this place" is a significant red flag, highlighting a potential pattern of unsatisfactory service. These features, or rather the lack of positive ones in these instances, are crucial for potential customers to consider.

Based on the available information, the primary "promotional information" for Llantera Brakes Tires is not positive, as the customer reviews themselves act as a form of negative promotion. The experiences described, particularly the oil change ordeal and the rude pricing change, suggest that any cost savings might be offset by significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. While the business is located on a major thoroughfare, which typically offers visibility, the adverse customer feedback could significantly deter new business and impact repeat visits. It is common for Auto Repair Stations to offer competitive pricing or special deals on routine services like oil changes and tire rotations. However, potential customers approaching Llantera Brakes Tires would be well-advised to confirm all pricing upfront, clarify the availability of specific parts before any work begins, and ensure transparent communication throughout the service process to mitigate potential negative experiences. Without specific promotional information provided directly by the business, one must rely on the published customer feedback, which unfortunately casts a shadow over their operational standards and customer service approach.

In conclusion, Llantera Brakes Tires functions as an Auto Repair Station in Las Vegas, NV, specializing in tire and brake services, and also offering oil changes. While its environment is set up for practical auto repair, customer reviews reveal significant concerns regarding professionalism, pricing transparency, and customer service. Experiences involving draining oil before checking inventory, rude price changes, and general dissatisfaction point to a business that, based on this information, may struggle with consistent quality and positive customer relations. Prospective customers should approach with caution and ensure clear communication and agreement on services and costs before proceeding.
