!THIS WAS A 5 STAR REVIEW! I called and needed a window. they helped me so much over the phone to get the right window and as soon as possible even though it needed to be shipped to my closest location. they were even super nice in person when it came to actually pickling up the part and making sure it was an the exact fit for my Highlander. Thank you for being so helpful EDIT: I wrote this review a year after my first experience. I called today and before I could say a word I was asked "can you hold?" by a guy who sounded like he was somewhere between 30 and 40 and was immediately put on hold before I could even say ok, while on hold and was hung up on after 6 minutes. I called again and then got put on hold before they even answered and then hung up on again after a minute. I called at 4:51 p.m. on Friday Oct 9 2020. There is another review on here that I read before my first experience that details a similar man and a similar experience. That review had me think twice but I gave them a chance and called anyway. With this recent experience I can say that you guys need to check these rude and disrespectful people. I cant believe I have to write this immediately after posting my initial review but here it is. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY I TALKED TO AND IF YOURE THE OWNER THAT DID THIS TO ME PLEASE CLOSE AND NEVER OPEN AGAIN! MY CITY AND THE REST OF THE WORLD NEEDS TO KEEP PEOPLE LIKE YOU OUT OF BUSINESS.
