Just had Line-x done on my new F250 and they did an excellent job! It looks gorgeous, highly recommend this business.

I had an appointment to install a MOTOFAB lift kit I purchased at American Trucks. American trucks selected this installer as part of their network. Truck right out of the shop presented vibrations at low speed. Rear blocks where installed in the wrong direction as they are tapered to compensate the increased angle of the driveshaft. They also damaged the hood. When dropped the truck at the shop no damage was identified in the truck 2021 GMC Sierra elevation) Mechanic inspected the truck and conformed no damage. I called back to request them to take responsibility, they don't answer the phone, left several messages and they never got back to me. They don't want to take responsibility for the damage. They don't test drive the truck to make sure the truck is driving properly. One of the rear shocks was totally loose, bolts were not secured properly. Don't come to this place, totally unprofessional, bad quality of the job they do if ever they know what they are doing, they do not show up on time and they are not accoutable for the bad job and damage caused in their shop, your safety is compromised.

Recently had my 2020 F150 Line X done. Excellent job. I even had questions about my bed extender installation with the line x. The professionals helped me throughout all the questions I had. I highly recommend them to all and will use them again in the future. Really friendly and supportive. Thanks!

Unprofessional and do not respect customers time/appointments. -Had an appointment scheduled for 9am today -I showed up 5 min early and the front doors were locked. -I continued to wait, until just shy of 9:10am, when someone finally pulled in and unlocked the front doors. -One guy walked in before me, who did not appear to work there (as he was wearing another business' shirt), but walked directly back into the shop area and was heard chatting with another guy and the employee of Line X. - I continued to wait in the front lobby area for several minutes with no assistance, until one of the guys (who did not work at Line X) asked if i had been assisted. I stated I had not and he then told me he would let him (employee of Line X) know. -Front lobby was messy and unorganized. Paper shavings all over the floor. An open packet of gas station donuts was left on the front lobby counter. Overall messy and does not convey professionalism. -Continued to wait in front lobby as I heard the 3 guys chatting in the back with no urgency to assist me. -At this point it was over 20min past my appointment time. I have a tight schedule and could not wait around any longer, so i left. I wanted to avoid unnecessary waiting, that is why I scheduled an appointment! I will not be rescheduling and will take my business elsewhere.

These people are not ethical nor professional. They left marks on the trim liner and they refuse to take responsibility. I was very excited to get this job done but very disappointed afterwards. If you do decide to take it to this place I recommend you to take pictures and have them sign before you turn over your truck.

Asked to set up an appointment and never got a call back. Did speak with an employee. No follow up. I guess they don’t need business!
