Never got his name but my car died around 5:16 pm. My car was towed to the destination, me driven with the car, and super friendly conversation, white glove service, and all included in my AAA membership cost, nothing extra paid within the radius, by 6:54 pm. Dispatcher Ashley is EXTREMELY rude. Told me that no one went out to release the car and I have video footage of it from my ring cameras. I’ve used blacks towing multiple times and she’s always very rude. Reach out if you’d like the footage I’m be MORE than happy to share. 🥰

Definitely recommend this business♥️♥️♥️♥️ 2/29/24 got stuck in the middle of the freeway and called AAA and they send this company to assist me. After waiting for 45 mins Javier showed up. He was fast and friendly! He got me to the gas station and gave me some charge . I was so scared 😳 but it all worked out perfect for me and the 🚘 car. I’m home 🏡 safe ! Thank you again !
