Lincoln of Queens Service Center

Me, my family and extended family have been purchasing our vehicles from Lincoln of Queens for years. The reason we continue to go the distance to do business with them is because of their outstanding customer service. Anytime I've had to do routine service or have any questions regarding anything on my new vehicle they care very responsive and go above and beyond. They're extremely accommodating in picking up and delivering my car, offering me a loaner vehicle (which is always a huge help) and getting the service done as quickly as possible. Yvonne was extremely helpful throughout scheduling the process and following up after my car was returned to be sure I was happy. Alex, who has also been a point of contact for any technical questions is always extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Lincoln of Queens. They truly value their customers from the minute you walk through their doors.

I’ve been getting my Lincoln’s serviced here for years! Yvonne and her team work really hard to accommodate me and my car needs. They are excellent communicators, always pleasant and available and if they cannot get your call they call you back. Yvonne even found $200 Lincoln bucks to apply to my service! I’m beyond grateful to this team for moving mountains so I can move my own! Many thanks!

This is by far the most reliable, efficient and professional Lincoln service location I have visited since becoming a Lincoln owner three years ago. Yvonne’s responsiveness to my inquiries was outstanding at each visit and she always kept me informed throughout the process with clear and timely updates. Each time my vehicle was serviced and returned to me as quickly as possible. The staff does go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this service center.

Ms. Yvonne was amazing from start to finish. My experience was excellent as usual. I was made to feel like I was the only customer there as we all like to feel. The service I received far surpasses 5 stars. The service I received reminded me as to why I chose to deal with ford Lincoln. Absolutely disgusted with this service center. I came to this location for service more than 4 times, and I can guarantee that I never had a single pleasant visit. 0/4. First of all, I always have to wait for the entire day for minor things to get done. Then get told, "ohh, you know, our mechanics need lunch break too." Second, I had my vehicle checked within the warranty date, I was told my car was in pristine condition. Exactly one month later, I revisited after my warranty was up only to receive an entire list of parts that needed to be changed from car battery, wipers, lug nuts, you name it. Third, I again visited two days ago to have my oil change and fluids filled up. I was given an appointment and told the service would take 2 hours. I waited more than 4 hours, and then I was told my lug nuts needed to be replaced AGAIN after I had already paid to change it. Today, I checked my fluids, and nothing was topped off. Time to file a legal complaint.

Yvonne is an amazing person, very professional, extremely helpful and understanding. She beats my expectations beyond 5 stars 🌟 I would give a 💯! Every other staffs were very friendly and knows their job! I highly recommend.
