Second time at this service center and I'm super impressed. Henry was super attentive as always and everyone there is super friendly. I previously had a Nissan and had very uneventful services at past service centers but coming to Stark Kia Service, I felt welcomed. The staff was so friendly and honest and the prices are fair. Everything was very easy and quick. They even washed and vacuumed! Thank you Henry!

John Starks Kia Service Center was the most horrible-experience shop including the past experiences at junk yard shops. First of all, so dishonest. every 1 minute, what they saying was changed. Lie and lie over lies. Even I believe they charged unperformed work. The place is the way smallest dealer service shop with the worst condition of the waiting area. I am so regretting that I had not checked reviews before I went there. All I can say is wow. Yes it's that bad.

Worst dealership ever bought a 2024 Kia shortage and had to pay $108.13 to change my oil never in a lifetime I ever paid to get a first oil change and I got a 2022 gmc Yukon v 8 engine and don’t even pay this much it’s something to know never recommending this place

The place is empty for a reason and that reason alone is why they don't get any customers base at all. Service is distasteful, dishonest and bunch of crooks working there. If you come for a warranty repair, don't even bother coming in here, they won't acknowledge that there is an issue with the vehicle. Made an appointment for the 2nd time today, reported that there is a clicking noise coming in from front end passenger side every time vehicle is in motion. Every bump it absorbs the front end make a disruptive, thumping noise. Service advisor who gave me his name on the phone, Henry, he's not helping at all. Apparently, he has to lie to customers about his name. His real name was Steve, the bald guy, the service advisor, he confirmed to hear the clicking noise but won't open a case on my vehicle. He told me to call Kia corporate to get an approval but won't give me anything in writing, so there is nothing to report. They profoundly refuse to replace the defective parts on the vehicle. I WILL NEVER BUY KIA PRODUCTS ANYMORE NOR RECOMMEND ANY KIA VEHICLES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. 10 years warranty they claim to provide are all gimmicks to lure you in and buy their vehicles. The vehicle has less than 15k miles in 2 years of ownership and problems keep occurring. Do not come here to waste your time, they won't acknowledge you and again there is a reason why the shop is empty. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE, you might as well buy a different brand of vehicle, at least for first 3 years, you dont have to deal with misc issues. I will sell this piece of junk and get me a Mazda instead.

I waited a bit to get my car in the service entrance and then get registered. I waited for pick up and payment too. But, the techs were friendly and attentive so overall I'm pleased with the oil change and experience.

Very professional people. Henry the manager really looks out for his clients and keeps them updated on what’s going on with my vehicle.

Team is professional and prompt. They kept me up to date the entire way. They even drove my car to the closer parking next to the waiting room (WiFi, coffee, tv, private working area, snoring customers included 😆) and I don’t even drive a nice car. Just goes to show they treat their customers with respect.
