Lilly’s is hands down the best there is. They are prompt, communicative, and do excellent work. My car looked good as new when they finished, just as they assured me it would throughout the insurance and repair processes. 10 stars, please.

I totaled my car and by the time that they were done with it, it looked better than it did before the accident. They’re so nice and helpful and do a great job.

I was convinced by other parties insurance (Liberty Mutual) that my only option was to go to their only "Certified" Body shop near me....Lillies Body Shop in Murray, KY, if I wanted to make sure I was covered for a rental vehicle and if I needed to go back for any reason it would also be covered as well (which why in the world would I go back after seeing what they do? No Thank you. ) So now I have cheap work done by a Body shop that was supposed to be quality lol. They acted like they didn't see what I was talking about. If you don't want a quality paint job go here⏫️. The entire front end of my car is like this.... My bumper is an eggshell texture and the whole hood has swirls and very spotty. Who knows what's going on underneath the work. I'm putting this on here so you don't make the same mistake as I did.

What an awesome business here in Murray. I loved the personalized care and the repair on my truck was amazing. So, now they're going to repair the hole in my front bumper made by someone who didn't clean the rock off their trailer and when we met them on 121 a golf ball size rock hit my car. I look forward to the finished job and will post pics when they get done.

I had an auto glass replaced at this shop, but a few days later, the front rubber trim flew off while I was on the highway. When I contacted the shop, they dismissed it as a minor issue that can happen occasionally. However, I strongly disagree. Although they eventually fixed it, I found their overall craftsmanship to be very poor and disappointed their service.
