DAMAGED MY CAR & REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. last month, I was locked out of my car so I called my insurance company to send roadside. Shortly after, a gentleman from this company arrived to help you get into your car. He was respectful and careful, but unfortunately couldn’t get into my car and damaged it during the process, causing thousands of dollars in repair bills. I have called this company several times to rectify the issue and one of the managers, Dan, is telling me that I need to submit a claim with MY Insurance for the damages at his company created. This place should be fined and closed down.

Shame on you people 🤮! My husband called a tow truck through Uber, and we’ve been waiting for over 3 hours. The first time, they said it would take an hour. After an hour and a half, we called again, and they said it would be another 30 minutes but never came. When we called again, now they’re saying they canceled because they came and couldn’t reach us, even though we’ve been at the exact location since we placed the order. It’s such a shame. Now we have order again 🙄. Be truthful and honest. If you can’t provide the honest service, stop doing this business. You’ll never grow by deceiving people. Karma has a way of collecting its debts.

-500 stars if I could! I reached out for a dead battery and called them upon dispatch to confirm that the driver would have a replacement battery to install on the spot. They confirmed. They didn’t communicate this with the driver thus they weren’t appropriately equipped to replace the battery. The driver Shawn was wonderful, polite, and kind. The service was not provided and then they tried to invoice me for it later. Do not ever rely on lightning roadside. Go anywhere else please.

They were dispatched to me from Geico Roadside Service. I called around 7:25am. I was given ETA 8:54am. I called dispatcher who stated the service rep is about 15 minutes delayed. Same repeated another 14 minutes. Called Geico to intervene. ETA 11:01am and the word of dispatcher that the driver would call but no calls or driver. Absolutely disappointing and terrible. I called Geico again to cancel Lightning ABC's they provided RBJ Towing. The driver responded quickly to let me know his ETA. DON'T USE lightning

After reading multiple horrible reviews we almost cancelled our GEICO roadside request for a jump start. Initially, they said to expect one hour. They came in 55 minutes giving us a heads-up call 5 minutes before arrival. A pleasant young man arrived and jump started the car. It happened so quickly I forgot to remove my house keys from the key chain. I had to turn the car off to remove the house keys. Fortunately, he was still there. So he had to give me a second jump start as the battery did not have enough time to recharge. The gentleman patiently gave me a second jump start. Surprisingly, he said there was no need to tip, but I insisted due to his excellent service. The gentleman came in an unmarked white car. I do not recall his name. The caller's name on my phone was not Lighting but Anselme Family. I'm glad I did not cancel the roadside request with Lighting. He told me to allow the car to run for 45-60 minutes. The car easily started after the 60 minute charge.
