Executive Auto Collision

Based on 2 recommendations, we decided to use Executive Auto Collision for body work repairs on our suburban. By far, this was the most professional and superior auto repair shop we have ever been to. The finished product had our truck looking better than new. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience at Executive Auto was amazing!

15 minutes! That’s all I waited. My car was in a fender bender. After counting my blessing no one was hurt… I brought my car right to Executive Auto Collision. They took my info right away and had a rental waiting for me… then a few days later the car was ready, looking brand new! In their shop a total of 15 mins tops. I love giving my business to a company that get it… No stress, high quality and great customer service. Check them out!

Wow this Place is absolutely amazing. my husband just brought my car back and not only they fixed it to perfection, they also detailed it as well. No corner was left unnoticed; it looks brand new!!!! And to top it off, a little gift was waiting for me in the car with a coffee mug and other cute branded necessity items and even the key was returned with a mini flashlight for emergencies attached to the keychain. if you are extremely detail-oriented and look for best in class service with true attention to detail, don’t think twice this is your place. Executive auto body went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to better than new condition. Their customer service was impeccable and I can not speak highly enough about how much of a pleasant experience my repair was. I will not go to any other auto body shop ever again.

BEWARE. If there was a zero star rating that's what I would give because that's what this shop truly deserves. PLEASE READ WHOLE THING. I was referred here by a very good friend of mine who knew the owner jimmy. After crashing my new car I had just bought 5 days prior I had faith I was in good hands. Unfortunately I was not. When jimmy could not guarantee that his shop could not fix my car I was forced to go elsewhere. When the second shop went to pick up my car I was informed that the car was not being released until Monday (3 days later) why? Because they wanted to make money somehow if they were not getting the job. When the second shop finally was able to pick up my car the bill was over $2000!!!!! They did not even touch my car. Never mind the fact that I was able to pick up the car the day of and against my will they would not let me pick it up until 3 days later. On top of all this things were taken out of my glovebox including a folder with every piece of paper I got from when I bought the car including title, copy of liscence, social security number, birthdate etc. BUT IT GETS BETTER. I had written a bad review once before and was THREATENED to take it down! "Nassau county crime stoppers" called my dad saying they are going to sue me for harassment for writing a bad review. I decided to take the review down because me and my family have already been through enough but after speaking with the precinct and a lawyer I am now well aware that there is no crime in a personal opinion. Bad reviews go a long way and Jimmy did everything he could not to have this review jeopardize his business. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated and how things were dealt with and I am beyond relieved my car is now out of their possession and in good hands.
