Liberty Tire Recycling LLC Introduce
**Liberty Tire Recycling LLC** operates at the forefront of environmental stewardship within the broader automotive and industrial sectors, functioning as a critical component in the "Auto Repair Stations" category by handling the responsible disposal and repurposing of end-of-life tires. While not a traditional auto repair shop that fixes vehicles, Liberty Tire Recycling provides essential services that support the entire automotive ecosystem, addressing the massive challenge of tire waste. As North America's leading provider of tire recycling services, they collect hundreds of millions of end-of-life tires annually, reclaiming billions of pounds of rubber that would otherwise overwhelm landfills and contribute to pollution. While specific local addresses for individual recycling facilities are often part of a larger network, their operations are far-reaching across the U.S. and Canada. For general inquiries about their services and locations, businesses and municipalities can likely find contact information through their corporate channels, though direct local phone numbers are not universally listed for every single processing plant. Their commitment to sustainability is woven into their DNA, aiming to revolutionize how used tires deliver value.
The **environment** surrounding Liberty Tire Recycling LLC's operations is characterized by large-scale industrial facilities designed for efficient tire processing. These facilities, often strategically located across North America, are equipped with advanced machinery for shredding, grinding, and separating tire components (rubber, steel, fiber). The internal environment of their processing plants would be industrial, focusing on safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. Their overarching mission, however, extends beyond just the physical plant to encompass a broader environmental impact. They actively work to divert billions of pounds of rubber from landfills annually, preventing pollution of waterways and depletion of air quality. Their 2024 Sustainability Report highlights a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions even amidst company growth, along with significant improvements in safety metrics. This commitment to operating responsibly and accelerating environmental stewardship defines their operational environment and their contribution to a greener tomorrow. They also offer remediation services for abandoned tire piles, improving community health and safety by cleaning up these environmental hazards.
The **services** provided by Liberty Tire Recycling LLC are comprehensive and vital to the circular economy. Falling under the umbrella of "Auto Repair Stations" in a broader sense, they don't fix cars, but they provide a crucial end-of-life solution for a key auto component: tires. Their core services include:
- **Tire Collection:** They offer services to collect scrap automobile, truck, and off-road tires, with options like backdoor pickups and drop-and-hook pickups to suit various client needs, from local retailers to large manufacturers.
- **Tire Processing:** Utilizing innovative tools and technologies, they sort tires, reselling those that can still be safely used (used tires wholesale) and breaking down the rest into reusable raw materials.
- **Material Reclamation:** They reclaim all parts of the tire, including crumb rubber, steel wire, and fiber, transforming them into raw materials for new products.
- **Tire Remediation:** They are actively involved in cleaning up sites with abandoned tires, mitigating the health and environmental risks posed to communities. They have remediated numerous dump sites, preventing millions of tires from causing harm.
- **Product Creation:** They are not just collectors and processors; they create a wide variety of safe, eco-friendly products and materials from downgraded tires.
Their services are designed to address the increasing volume of end-of-life tires that result from increased vehicle ownership, promoting responsible waste management practices and minimizing environmental degradation.
Key **features** that define Liberty Tire Recycling LLC and contribute to its leadership position include:
- **Market Leadership:** They are the largest tire recycler in North America, boasting an extensive network of processing facilities across the U.S. and Canada. This scale allows them to handle massive volumes of tires efficiently.
- **Commitment to Sustainability:** Sustainability is at their core, evidenced by their annual Sustainability Reports, which detail progress in reducing emissions, increasing end-market utilization rates, and community investments. They are the only North American tire recycling company to publish such a report, setting a standard for transparency.
- **Innovative Product Development:** They are relentless in their innovation, constantly searching for new applications and creating a diverse range of high-performance, eco-friendly products from recycled rubber. These products include:
- **Crumb Rubber:** Used in molded rubber goods, rubberized asphalt, sealants, and synthetic turf.
- **Rubber Mulch:** Popular for landscaping and playground safety surfacing.
- **Tire-Derived Fuel (TDF):** Used as an alternative energy source in industrial kilns, mills, and power plants, which is considered a cleaner fuel than coal and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
- **Used Tires (for resale):** High-quality scrap tires are graded and resold into the used marketplace.
- **Other Molded Products:** Such as vehicle mud guards, speed bumps, and anti-fatigue mats.
- **Materials for Construction and Athletics:** Used for cushioning equestrian surfaces, tracks, and athletic fields.
- **Strong Partnerships:** They collaborate with tire manufacturers, retailers, municipalities, and industrial customers, helping them meet sustainability goals and drive the circular economy forward.
- **Community Engagement:** Beyond their core business, they actively engage with and invest in communities, evidenced by significant donations to charities and participation in community projects.
These features underscore their role not just as a recycling service, but as a driving force for environmental and economic value creation.
In terms of **promotional information**, Liberty Tire Recycling LLC's primary "promotion" is their overarching mission and demonstrable environmental impact. While they may not have traditional "specials" like a retail auto parts store, their value proposition is compelling for businesses and municipalities seeking sustainable waste management solutions. Their promotional efforts are more strategic and often involve:
- **Sustainability Reports:** Publicly releasing detailed reports showcasing their environmental progress, emissions reductions, and community contributions, which serve as a powerful testament to their commitment.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Announcing strategic partnerships with major brands (e.g., Trek Bicycle) to highlight their innovative recycling programs and expand their reach.
- **Industry Advocacy and Education:** Promoting the benefits of tire recycling and the circular economy through articles, case studies, and participation in industry events.
- **Community Investment:** Publicizing their charitable donations and community projects, demonstrating their corporate social responsibility.
- **Focus on Value Creation:** Emphasizing how their recycled products provide competitive advantages and solve problems for their partners, highlighting the economic benefits of sustainability.
- **Accreditations and Certifications:** Leveraging their status as a BBB Accredited Business (if applicable at a local level) and adherence to environmental standards to build trust.
For organizations looking to partner with Liberty Tire Recycling LLC for tire collection, processing, or to procure recycled rubber products, contacting them directly through their corporate website or general inquiry channels would be the most effective way to understand their service offerings and pricing structures, which are tailored to commercial and industrial needs rather than individual consumers.

Liberty Tire Recycling LLC Customer Reviews
Wow, these guys worked great, fast and as a team to remove our tires. No small task, but they brought the right equipment and had the know-how to get it done. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Employees wrecklessly throwing tires through the shop with no regard for property or even customer vehicles. Hit my toolbox with a semi tire, destroying my stereo system. Nearly hit my motorcycle with a semi tire, guy outside had to take off sprinting into the shop just to barely catch it in time. Company won't reimburse me for damages or even hear me out. Every time I call I'm directed back and forth between the offices ultimately ending in voicemail. No accountability for their actions, bad bad bad!! Avoid this company like the plague! There are much better companies around to handle your tires.

I am sure if they care about the reviews , I got their name and info from butler county , therefore the first thing I have to contact butler county to remove them from their list. They gave latterly 7-8 appointments over 6 weeks to pick up the tires and they have never showed up , after talking to them several times and all I heard fake stupid excuses. Anyway they showed up yesterday, I sent my son to meet them , they said it will take them couple hours to finish and ask my son to leave and come back at 2:30 PM, when he came back , they already left without taking much , they said the are not interested in the rest of the tires !!!!!!! They did not want to work and said to the electrician at the site , they are not sure why they are there!!!! them several times all I heard a stupidest excuse

Every time I call for tire pickup, they never show up on the day they were scheduled to be here. I usually have to make at least 6 calls with 6 rescheduled times, before they finally show up. As I type, I am about to make my 3rd call for pickup. They did not show up yesterday as promised!

Horrible company, lazy employees, and lazy management. They want you to do the work for them when they arrive, if they arrive at all. Maybe they have all of the work they need?
