I’ve been going to Lia Nissan of Glens Falls and for many years and I’ve always had a great experience! We really appreciate the service team there. Aaron Boule was our service advisor a week ago and he took awesome care of us as usual. He met me as soon as I pulled into the drop off bay, with his usual friendly personality. I was there to get a seatbelt fixed in my Armada. He was quick and efficient, explained everything to me, covered my drivers seat and mat to keep it clean, and took the time to answer all of my unrelated questions as well. The service I’ve had here is so great that my family even takes their Toyota, Jeep, and Tesla there. Mostly, because I’ve always walked away feeling great about the experience and cost. They’ve even fought for me about warranty issues. I highly recommend this dealership! I’ve purchased many cars there and will continue to, especially with a service department like this one! I have my new Nisson Sentra for abut six weeks. I felt a slight vibration. Aaron Boule was assigned to work on it. Aaron was very professional and checked each wheel and many other things and found two wheels were out of balance. I highly recommend LIA Nisson for any repairs. I am very satisfied.
