Went in for check engine light. Told them it was knock sensor and was confirmed by their diagnostic. told to do repair then was told by them during repair that had a broken spark plug and coil on plug boot. Told replace broken parts only. Took 5 days to complete their work. Within 24hrs after getting car back check engine light came back on along with the abs; bas and traction warning lights came on called and was told that they are not responsible for brake warning lights and to bring it back next week to look at it. I was not able to look under hood due to weather till 3 days later to see what they have done. This is what I found zip tie holding connection to plug coil; oil sensor wire routed wrong going over water pump; oil dip stick not bolted down. Called to complain was told that service manager stands behind techs work. This was just what I was was able to see with out doing an in depth look and this type of repair work they did cost over 500.00 and a 1/4 of a tank of gas used, inside of vehicle smells like grease and oil. My warning go else where this is backyard mechanic work and should not be ASE CERTIFIDED work.

Terrible experience. Was quoted a 1 day rear brake job for $350. What I GOT was a 6 day delay and a $486 bill. I only have 3 personal vehicles to service. Not a fleet. They CLEARLY don't want OR NEED my business. Your wish is my command. I won't be back.

From my initial call to vehicle pick up, they were all outstanding. They got me in right away, let me know the issues and cost for repair, prior to any repairs. They had the parts in stock and I was able to pick up the car the next day. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. A big thanks to all those that helped throughout the process.
