I dealt with a young employee named Daniel Case who was very helpful to an 83 year old man. He was knowledgeable on trailer hitches and I never once felt like he was over selling the product. We agreed on the material I needed and I paid him a deposit on my soon to be installed hitch. He is definitely an asset to your business!

I get 1 off day a week. Looking on amazon for months luckily I’m not worried about money. For $480 and my taste I got the best cover in my opinion, as soon as they found out they had one at a different location they sent one guy out to get it and as soon as he got back started installing it, my daughter has slept through the entire visit and installation, they are quick, reliable, dependable, what else can I say come spend your well earned money here!!!!!

The attention I receive at the Leonard location in Spartanburg is superb. Guy and Daniel go out of their way to fix problems with my box trailer. My wife is wheelchair bound and they look for ways our non-handicapped van can accommodate her wheelchair more efficiently. I highly recommend this Leonard's location in Spartanburg. The world would be a much better place to live if people cared for one another as much as these two employees care for others.

I had very pleasant experience. Was able to walk around and look at the trailers and see what they had before a salesman come out. Wish I like very much. Once the salesman come up to me I had pretty much knew what I wanted. He answer couple questions very knowledgeable about the product. Got a great deal on a 6.4 x 12 unity trailer. Very smooth process. In and out less then 45 minutes.

Ordered parts on Tuesday called me on Thursday installed on Friday very good. I am very detailed oriented and came home zip tied some wires away from exhaust tail pipe and the dust cover for plug was torn so trimed it off. But all in all good job.
