Highway 9 Body Shop

If you had been in a car wreck or need some kinda body work done, I'd highly recommend HWY 9. They are very friendly and welcoming and does great body work. Ask for Caleb. They have really helped me out and also with my car rental. Thank you guys and Caleb.

Kudos to Jeff and Caleb at Hwy 9 Body Shop! My car broke down and Jeff towed it to his shop. It needed an alternator. Caleb put on for me and I so appreciate that the price was very reasonable! This senior citizen is very happy! Thank you so much

God has spared the life of me, my family, & children that I’ve transported. Highway 9 Body Shop zip tied, duct taped, and used some type of adhesive to put the bumper back on my Range Rover instead of ordering and replacing it with a new one last August. They also kept my car over 2 months “waiting” on the bumper to come in. This is also insurance fraud. This was discovered because I’ve had sensor issues with my bumper due to another no fault accident. At this point this is just to make others aware that things like this are happening. I didn’t deserve this & God will take care of me. The owners have a history of this according to the community after I shared our story via Facebook. We called once regarding this and never received a call back. I forwarded them an email with these same photos that I sent to my attorney. The reply was don't contact us again and I haven't. We did not agree to duct tape and zip ties. That's not in your paperwork crooked Jeff. NO STARS!!!!!!!

I want to thank Highway 9 Body Shop for coming to my rescue this morning. I was driving my husbands truck to work & it suddenly started shaking very badly & I pulled into the first place I came to which was the Highway 9 Body shop, I actually went to pull out again & a man from the shop came up & stopped me, he said I had a flat tire, when I looked the tire was shredded, I was pretty shaken when I saw it and so lucky that I hadn’t had an accident. He told me to go sit in his office where it was cool & he got one of his mechanics to change the wheel for me. 20 minutes later I was back on the road again, they wouldn’t even charge me for their time. I want to thank them so much for their help & kindness, they were wonderful.

I had a car accident involving a drunk driver and Jeff and Caleb went above and beyond helping me in a timely professional manner. I never had any issues with the repairs. They also helped me install a dvr and back up cam because I was so shaken up by the driver almost taking off! My mom, a widow, also had a very bad car accident a few states away and Jeff and his team helped get her car back to my state and handled the aftermath with kindness and professionalism and went beyond what he needed to do to help her. 8-9-24 I'm updating my review because of the recent activity I had with hwy 9 body shop. The staff here is exceptional in integrity and professionalism. I had another claim because while driving down New Cut in my newly purchased vehicle, rocks hit my car out of some construction vehicles ahead. This was a difficult claim and the adjuster haggled the body shop attendants and me. They constantly updated me on what was going on and offered me advice. In the end, due to the insurance company, I had to file two seperate claims but the body shop worked with me on the deductibles. I also had to have glass repaired which the body shop allowed them to do in house and updated the glass company on the repairs being done so things would be completed in a timely fashion. Next, due to a computer glitch, my car was painted and not matched correctly, I was immediately notified, and the staff even helped with overage from my rental due to the insurance timeline while it was being fixed. When I got back the car, the repairs were flawless. Filing a claim involves so many parties and is time consuming and can be nerve wracking. Communication is of the utmost importance for all those involved. Patience and understanding is also needed on the claimees part. I couldn't rate highway 9 body shop any higher for the third time I had to have experience with them.
