Beware of this shop. Trans made it 9k miles. Was a terrible experience as soon as they got my truck apart. Service couldn’t tell me what parts come with the tow package. It’s just a warranty scam to tow the weight your truck is designed to. Brought in parts they didn’t put on after telling me to overnight ship more fittings. Broke bolts off in the motor and just left them out of the bell housing. some disgusting person there is leaving giant buggers on arm rests and dashes. This seems to be a trend in the comments. 2weeks out of warranty and 21000 miles left and they wanted more $. Save yourself the headache and somewhere else.

The absolute worst experience with a shop you could ever have. My truck was stuck in 4lo. They gave me the runaround for 4 weeks saying they were going to look at it. I finally demanded I get the truck back. They claimed it wasn’t actually in 4lo, just a computer issue that would take several weeks to figure out. Took it to another shop the next day and they verified transfer case was just stuck in 4 lo. Very easy fix. They charged me about $90 diagnostic fee which I was okay with until I got out to my truck and they had broke the running board on the drivers side off. Do not go here for any work, they are absolutely horrible

I had my brother take his jeep cherokee there. C&C Dodge told him he needed a new transmission and they wanted $9000 to put one in. They also called the next day and offered to buy the vehicle if he didn't want to pay that expense. sounds pretty fishy and corrupt considering Lee Myles replaced a sensor for less than a $1000 and it runs perfectly. Great Service and HONEST ! PLEASE PASS THIS ON.

I absolutely love miss Carla, but i don't love Matt I just like him lol an7eays short and to the point my truck was there 2 and a half weeks they fought hard with insurance claim once adjuster came and they got the approval they had another transmission in my truck and ready to rock and roll
