Very quick to get an appointment first of all. The directions on Maps weren't correct. I submitted the corrections, though. Layton's Garage was great!! They do not accept debit/credit cards, though I wish I had been told that when I booked my appointment. They have a machine to run them, but the front desk lady said it's not always working, so there is a sign as soon as you come in the door that states no cards accepted. I will definitely take my car back for more service when it needs it.

I think thier alignment machine is broken because twice I've left thier shop with an off-center steering wheel and unfortunately they won't provide the data sheet the machine generally provides so you can have it looked at by a different shop. Good thing is that most dealerships will do the same work and have better equipment plus they won't argue with you about thier quality of alignment instead simply make it right so you don't chew up the new tires you just bought.

Me and my family are from Michigan and we were on our way back home from Florida when my car started overheating on the highway and we called multiple places but none picked up then we called laytons garage and they told us come on over we got here steam rolling up everywhere and they came out right away and looked at the car they got straight to the point didn't sugar coat anything told us everything the owner even went out of his way to get us the part we needed the machanic got the car prepped so he could get us out on the road quicker the other workers were very nice the lady came out and offered us food and drinks she even offered to take us into town to get Dairy Queen. My family and I appreciate beyond words this place because they were extremely nice helpful knowledgeable and charged a very honest rate when they could of charged us whatever since we were stuck.

They have had mothers car for a month.. Everytime she calls about it shes told the mechanic is not available he's test driving someone's car and he'll call her as soon as he gets back. She has called several times and has yet to get a call back.. She had them replace the head a few months back. The work is supposed to be guaranteed and the part is still under under warranty so this is a do over.. They had it for over a month the first time. If she could afford it she would take it somewhere else. They charged her over $1200 the first time they worked on it. To say their customer service is horrible would be an understatement. They do not care about their customers. The last time she called about It she was literally in tears and still no call back. Thats how much they care. My mother is retired shes 70 years old and has to depend on others to get her places. I would not recommend Laytons garage to anyone not even my worst enemy. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would....
