Laramie GM Auto Center Tint

Dealing with Richard at the Laramie GM tint shop was a positive and refreshing experience. I had just be duped by a shop in Casper "Techpoint LLC". They had my truck for over 2 week to install tint and paint protection film. All I ended up with was an extremely poor tint job with deep scratches on my windows from running razor blades while cutting the tint. When I arrived at Laramie GM tint shop, Richard could see from his office how poorly the tint was installed. He chuckled to himself and apologized for the poor job done by others. He took my new truck in, removed the poorly installed tint, and installed new, ceramic tint and the paint protection film. He even tried buffing out the scratches in the windows left by the prior shop! I got the highway paint protection package which seemed to be a fairly good deal. He got done on time and the job was done professionally. No complaints at all from me. Richard seems to very experienced in this area and I would recommend him with confidence.

Richard was great. I called to see about scheduling an appointment and he was able to get me worked in the same day. The price was right around what I was expecting. Had two windows and eyebrow done and he was finished by the time I got off work.

First off I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, I drop it off the night before then it was sapposed to be done the following day, never received a call by the closing time so I showed up, to find that my rear window was the only window tinted, then I just went home, then receive a call at 9 PM that night, saying that they will need to keep my car overnight which I was fine with but I told him it had to be done before 11 AM because that was my lunch break, didn’t receive a call that it was done so I have my buddy drop me off so I could pick up my car, and I was fine with the tint at first till I looked closer, to find there were so many imperfections, And I didn’t have time to go back in before I moved away from Laramie, then to wash my car tonight and find every single window he tinted Had bubbles everywhere and the rear window is delaminating from the sides and top. Next week I’m driving back into Laramie to deal with it and if I could give this place zero stars I would. I had the windows tinted July 1, 2020 and its August 21, 2020

Highly recommend. I have had multiple vehicles done here and I am always satisfied with the customer service and the work! Anytime we need anything tinted we will come back without hesitation. We will always recommend our friends and family here too.

Dropped my car off at 9:30 am and was not able to pick it up until after 8:30 pm I understand they're short staffed and was patient. The tint turned out good except for some bubbles in one window.
