I called Saturday for a passenger door. Paid the deposit. The man said he couldn't promise to get it off that day. No worries! Monday comes along no phone call nothing, I called around 1 pm a lady answered said part would be ready around 3 4. No phone call nothing.i finally went there Tuesday as soon as they opened. The guy says they pulled wrong part. The correct part would be ready by noon. Again no call. I call around 4. Here the passenger door they have is damaged. So no go. Really had me running a rabbit hole. I will never do business with this company again. Poor communication skills.

These guys are so friendly and they had multiple parts for my 2010 Camry. They even did install of a wheel and tire they had in stock for me right on the spot!

I went there to get a tail light for my 2013 ford explorer. The woman at the front desk had a few & needed to see my car to make sure it would be the right fit. I had to wait a few minutes until one of the car guys can out with the replacement. She asked me if I wanted them to replace the part or I was going to do it myself. I said if they could put it in for me that would be great. It took him only 2mins to take out the light & put in the replacement. It was a very enjoyable experience. I might have to be a regular at this place!

My bf used them to replace his engine after being without a car for over 6 months. website says 7 day guarantee, not only has it been 2 weeks but no communication/updates were given on what took so long. No one wants to be a pest to check on their vehicle but they never called to keep him in the loop. Was not a good experience to have a car towed 29miles to this place and be treated this way.
