This place had me in and out within nine minutes. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive product and everything was explained clearly. Overall, I’m definitely coming back and would drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced here.

A car kicked up a good sized rock that flew from the dump truck ahead of them, then under my car, and luckily, I was only going about 35 mph on this road anyway. But, I took it here for the first time, and they checked to be sure everything looked good. They were friendly and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a oil change service done and my mechanic was doing some services on my car a few months later and decided to help me out and change my oil for me but couldn’t unscrew the vault where the oil filter was because it was put on so tight. He advised I take it back here to Landrum Lube to have them unscrew it as they were the ones who screwed it on too tight… not a big deal, just wanted the job done right but unfortunately the female manager here cannot take responsibility for what happened. I originally called and she picked up and I explained the situation and she cut me off expressing they would never do something like that and then hung up on me. She was extremely rude over the phone and extremely rude to my boyfriend who brought my car in to get them to finish the job they had started. She kept saying things like “oh must have not been us we would never do a job like this” yet I had receipts that they were the last ones to touch it. Again, it wasn’t a big issue just wished it fixed but she was giving us a really hard time. They had to call in the owner of the shop to unscrew the vault they screwed on so tight. There was no hard feelings on having to bring my car back to them but the way they handled it was so unprofessional and no responsibility was taken. I will not be back and recommend whoever comes in for an oil change to keep a close eye on what they are doing with your car. If they had cracked it while trying to un-tighten it it would have been an over $1,000 fix for parts and labor. If you change your management people will continue to want your business. If we had been treated with respect we would have continued to come back to you guys.

Landrum Lube is a great place for oil changes. I went there on a Saturday, an hour before they closed, and they took care of my car immediately. The price was very reasonable. Look for this place on the north side of the road, not far from Stone Soup Restaurant, behind a self-service car wash.

Great price, very friendly staff the 2 girls there running the place very knowledgeable, had in and out in a few minutes, no preasure to buy anything but a oil change

The team here is great, super fast 10 mins and I’m out of there! Also slightly cheaper than the competition. Will be returning for sure!
