Matt did an amazing job..first he greeted me and welcomed me there which was a plus indeed... he also showed me how to calibrate my dashboard to reset the tire pressure monitor light. he let me know everything that would be done with my oil change service..the service was fast and he gave me all the details of everything which was done... fast service , excellent work and friendly service..

VIN just to schedule an appointment for service??? Then, to tell me there are no appointments to schedule for the next week? Yea, steer clear away something just ain't right with that. Ill find somewhere else to take my car for service. Shouldn't take an act of congress for a simple task.

The people in the spare parts department are rude. What do you benefit from when you annoy the customer? I bought parts from them for $1,200, and after two days the parts did not fit my car I went to return half of the quantity and they were upset about this. Why are you upset when you told me at the beginning that I could return whatever I wanted within a month. It was not a good experience.
