I usually like my service experience there, but we took in my son's vehicle and as we left I read the receipt. It mentioned a tire with a bulge that we declined to have fixed. This was news to me. My sone admitted he noticed the bulge before, but forgot until I mentioned it. Really wished the service would have spoken up and simply asked, but I guess now I will shop elsewhere for the tire. Just stinks to have make another appointment to take the car somewhere.

Simply put, worst service experience/treatment I have ever received. Advisor Michael S. was not helpful. I originally turned in my vehicle for a Tue. APPOINTMENT for window switch broken, and steering rattle was told 2 days for diagnostic (3-5 for repair). Called after 2 days, car was not even looked at. Called after almost a full work day later, had not been looked at. Showed up to the dealer in hopes to discuss the issue. Immediately was told "no issue was found" upon walking up to advisor. At that point, I kindly asked to speak to a service manager. No manager came out, instead the advisor asked me to show him the issue. Was able to duplicate the issue in less than 5 minutes. Advisor then claimed it was that I raised the bass on the speaker, I then showed him it was normal. Absolutely unacceptable treatment from such a large name dealer.

AI answering the phone instead of a real person is downright insulting when you're trying to get your 1 year old silverado into service because it's already throwing engine codes for the fuel system.
