Very rude! I tried to call to get information on a diagnostic and the guy who answered was extremely rude! Kept cutting me off while trying to talk! Save yourself the trouble and don’t even call these people!

The folks at Ladera Heights Auto. There is a lot of back story but needless to say, Emad and his team requires recognition for the great work they do Aug 2023. I had just move back from Vegas. The mechanic there was price gouging me big time. The first time i brought my car in, I told Emad how i was new to the area and had really bad experiences with the last mechanic to work on my BMW. He got the message, and the visit was a hose replacement. I found Emad very understanding of my circumstances and made it clear he would take good care of me The next visit was more in terms of what was needed in service. I had an rear axle break and brand new the part alone would be over $3k! Emad took the extra step of looking for use parts and save me a ton of money. Emad makes you feel welcome the moment you pull in! Emad has a customer for life! Myron

My catalytic converter was stolen. I anticipated a long painful wait to replace it and budget-crushing costs for parts and labor. Once Ladera Heights Auto Center had the information they needed, they ordered the part and repaired my car within one day. Labor charges were much less than I expected. They even buffed out an old annoying scratch on my bumper. All the mechanics were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend this repair shop highly enough!
