Auto Repair Shop Hayal City

I thought I was going to be able to leave a positive review but nope… on July 25 2024, I turned into the gas station and my rear passenger side tire popped. Well at least it popped at a tire shop right? NO!!! $130 for a new tire. Overpriced but I’m stuck. (Now to be honest I already knew they saw BMW and said let’s double the price. I know because I live in Redondo Beach and a new tire in that area is $80 but I digress..) well the BMW emblem is missing from my car. I went back today August 6, 2024 and was told by the same human who told me $130 (while he never got up from his seat) to tell me they don’t have it and when they put it back on it was loose. Quick question, why would you not say anything about that on July 25, 2024? So now I am to wonder if the tire was actually put on correctly since things were loose and we don’t have the common sense God gave us to say hey FYI that’s loose. And not to mention his idgaf attitude. Negative stars.

All my problems, from my car's tires to engine problems, were solved easily and quickly. Moreover, in an expensive city like Los Angeles, the prices were much more affordable than other places. Thank you Alex, thank you guys 👍

Volkan was beyond helpful, thoroughly looking into what I came for and went above and beyond to help with issues! His prices were very very good and he was just overall so wonderful. Honestly going to auto body shops as a female you can often feel taken advantage of and this was the absolute opposite experience. I will be back for any car issues!!
