My Prius had a horrendous engine knock. I first took it to garage who diagnosed it with a bad rod. They didn’t feel comfortable working on hybrid vehicles so I made some calls. I spoke with Tim at L&L Automotive about it and he quoted a fair price on an engine swap with warranty. The day I brought in the Prius, Tim wanted to do his own diagnostics before he ordered the engine. That evening Tim called to tell me the car was ready and for 20x less than the cost of the engine swap. I could not be more pleased with the service. I am also grateful to find someone who is honest and acts with integrity. It would have been too easy to take advantage of the situation but he did not. L&L Automotive will have my business; I recommend you give them the chance to earn yours.

Great service! Replaced my radiator in one day. Another shop told me that there were several things wrong with my car and that they could not fix it. I got several recommendations to take it to Tim Lamb at L&L Automotive and very glad I did. An A+

Tim has been so good to me & my family! He has worked on every vehicle we own from fixing an off track window to a complete work up on a project car I bought. Fixed my diesel truck 4wd & let me know about repairs I needed in the future. finally i feel like I’m not getting taken advantage of because I’m a female. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

I have nothing but positive things to say about L&L Automotive Repair. I recommend L&L to anyone needing auto work. Their labor and parts rates can’t be beat. But most importantly, they’re HONEST. I can’t say enough good about them. Here are a couple of my personal experiences dealing with them. For over three years the backup camera in my pickup didn’t work, I took the pickup to several local shops, including the dealership, but nobody could fix it- we even tried replacing the camera, but no luck. After having the 100k mile tune up- done at the dealership- after about 8k miles I began to have a transmission stutter, I returned to the dealership, but was told “there’s no codes, so we can’t fix it.” I took it to a few transmission shops and was told the same thing. I was referred to L&L, I was a bit hesitant at first, but what did I have to lose.. Within an hour after dropping the pickup off I had a definite answer of what my issue was. By the end of the day he had the camera working, the same camera nobody else could get to work. Within 48 hours he had found a new transmission- a lot cheaper than we were expecting. We’ve not had any more issues with the pickup, and so far it’s been driven close to 15k miles. (The guys at the dealership flushed the transmission that wasn’t supposed to be flushed and didn’t fill the fluid back to the proper level) My wife had new tires and an alignment done on her car, the guys at the tire shop tried to tell her she needed an entirely new front end- they seen a female and saw $$$ and they tried to get one over on her. (Not to be fooled, she knows her vehicles and the repairs that are needed/not needed) She told them “I’ll take my chances”- which they did not like that answer- and did a quick follow up for a second opinion. Tim was able to tell her what she had suspected, the front end was fine and didn’t need the $3k in parts she was told. He was also able to tell her the place did not do the alignment, everything was still at the factory settings. If you need your vehicle serviced, anything from a simple oil change to engine replacement and everything in between, L&L is the place. Great rates, great customer service, great work and HONEST.
