A little tricky to find the dock doors. They are at the very end of the building. People got there at 9:30 AM but it took about 30-40min to unload after check-in. No overnight parking.

So my local transmission shop sent my transmission here to be rebuilt. It went out again about 18,000 miles later. They sent it back under warranty. Got it back after two weeks and this time it lasted 24,000 miles before it started running hot and lost reverse. Note that after it lost reverse, it quit running hot. They sent it back again and this time it took three months to get it back because they said they had trouble getting the parts. The transmission has run hot in traffic ever since it was installed. Replace the oil cooler and no change. Reverse just went out again after about 8,000 miles. This place is a joke. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is my work truck, so I have lost money every day it’s been down.

This place is a joke!!! First of all their parts are trash..and heaven forbid if you try to get them to replace THEIR bad parts. Second...just go ahead a pay your core prices because if you send your cores they will say they never got them and send you an outrageous bill!!! Horrible company with horrible standards!!
