VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I used this company to use for the damage done to my daughter's car who is in college. Initially, they took 3-4 weeks to work with insurance and get supplemental payment. On top of that, they send me a 2.5K bill for an additional damage fix. I requested them to do the engine diagnostic first, but they refrained to do that and demanding money for insurance payment. Which was absurd. I end up trashing the car and my daughter has no car right now for her college. They also took my insurance pay for a supplemental claim and didn't return the money to me even after I scrapped the car. Instead, they send me the bill for the same amount of storage fee. Very unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this body shop due to their quality work, affordable pricing and going above and beyond. They even redid my bumpers as part of the full package to repaint the vehicle. Very happy with their service and will be returning for other body work in the future.

L&L has performed two paint jobs for me. The first was a couple of years ago, the side covers of my motorcycle. The second, the gas tank of the same bike. The side covers were fairly straightforward. Remove the decals, match the black paint as the rest of the bike. They came out amazing. A fair price. For the tank, it took me a long time to decide what color. When I was finally ready, Luis and Luis Sr. both spent time with me discussing what color, sheen, shimmer, etc. In the end, it came out looking exactly as I expected. Again at a very fair price. It has transformed my motorcycle.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP FOR ANYTHING! I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews here because Luis Senior looked like a really nice mellow gentleman! But once he gets your money, its a different story. Very poor workmanship! He took $640 of my money to take off my bumper, remove my condensor and put it back. And also fix my fender. He wrecked my front bumper and its hanging loose, the paint job on my fender is sooo bad that it has watermarks and bubbles on it, he told me to come back on a different day and that he will fix it, came back 3 times and he always gave me an excuse. Finally he was rude and told me never to come back! DO NOT FIX ANYTHING HERE! Very nice until they take your money and then VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!
