I just purchased a used motor home, it immediately had a problem, the battery died and it would not start. As I heard many good things about Charles from a good friend of mine, I called Charles to make an appointment. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it within 2 hours. He replaced a bad alternator. Thanks Charles, for helping me out a jam. I just found my go to auto mechanic.

If I could give absolutely no stars ,I would . As I was...My vehicle has been at this location for far to long . I work out of the county and was referred to this gentleman by family . I am VERY patient and respectful. But when I feel like the lack of responsibility and professionalism is missing I am not going to stand around . I arrive and I'm always told the gentleman isn't there "he ran out for a part" , " he has an eye appointment ". I'm human and I get it but goodness can yall pick up a phone ,let a CUSTOMER know . I've paid and ALWAYS pay . I dont like the run around nor the lack of communication. I call blocked ,I call from work ,I call from my number I call from my husband's number . I leave messages with the same return call number but never get a return call !!! I feel Charles genuinely wants to help people ,but those that wanna see you succeed are faithful customers ,and I've thought myself to be one . But the fact that I am now on the do not disturb list or my calls are being ignored and I'm not being called back is a huge no go for me . I will gladly be by there this week when I am in town and photos will be uploaded . BBB answers more than he does so that route has now been explored I will also be looking into small claims court .

Service is below par and he caused severe damage to my vehicle. Vehicle was driven into shop and had to be towed after his many failed attempts to repair. He then failed to return any calls on failed work. Paid him to get a non functioning vehicle back, after he had it for an extended period of time. Would not recommend his shop to my worst enemy.

I dont even do reviews but my car needed service . If the man would just say HE CANT DO IT ,rather than play with my money and waste my time ,it be easier on ALOT of people. I will be taking him to small claims court . Just like some people below , my car needed service , but now has to be towed away . This guy is a JOKE . DONT TRUST HIM . ITS A RIP OFF . LOOK UP THE COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB.
