I had my cigarette lighter go out, which was very important to me for various reasons. I went to other mechanic shops and was treated rudely, given vague time frames on when to expect my car to be fixed, and given all kinds of "diagnostic charges" upwards of over 100 dollars just to see what the problem is. I went here and spoke with Jon. He addressed my concerns there on the spot, checked my wiring, and actually advised an alternative and much cheaper solution going to a regular auto store. He didn't charge me a dime to do anything, he was concise and too the point, and his customer service was a breath of fresh air. I can't say enough good things about him. Yeah, getting to this shop is tricky, but WELL WORTH IT.

John is completely ethical and very knowledgeable. He saved us from having to replace a transmission that another repair shop said we needed. It was simply a loose cable..Now we take all of our company vehicles and personal vehicles to John.
