They DO NOT do thorough diagnostics. Only come here if you know what’s wrong with your car because they have no interest in figuring it out and won’t spend much time at all trying. We came here to see why our car was jerking and they said they didn’t know why and still charged us $150. We came back when the problem persisted because they said “it seems fine” and to just bring it back when it was more obvious. What they didn’t say was that they’ll STILL charge you another $150 to say it MIGHT be the MAF sensor. They’re rational was “well we didn’t find it the first time so it’s a new diagnosis”. That’s on you guys if you couldn’t find it the first time, don’t make your customers pay again because your first diagnosis was lazy.

Mastertech illegally without my permission posted my oil change date and mileage to CarFax and tried to tell me his computer posted it automatically! Yes it's automatic bc the OWNER agreed to connect his computer with CarFax. This is a violation of privacy!!!!

Best place to visit if anyone need a car fix reasonable prices and owner are nice also And if anyone has tesla model 3 and model y they can replace the Cabin filter also I did mine and jimmy do good job No another mechanic shop do tesla services changing cabin filters So everyone can check I did service my model 3.cabin filter from.master tech best mechanic shop in five cities area For sure

They diagnosed my vehicle with a $3k+ repair, I took it to another mechanic and it was a $30 fuel filter (which conveniently wasn’t mentioned on their diagnostic). Not sure if I need to say more. Get a second or third opinion before you let these people work on your vehicle. Thankfully, I saved myself thousands.
