Worse experience of my life. Arrived at the time they open at 8am to pick up part ordered previous day. Been sitting here for 20 min. When they did walk in no one apologized or even asked what I needed.

This place should close its doors. The employees are absolutely sorry and there is no way management filters through them. It seems like they just hire anybody to answer calls. My business use to order from here every single week, now we have turned to their competitors at Empire. It’s just a bit more pricey, but great service is ALWAYS delivered. If you’re a shop or dealer, I would definitely switch. -1/10

The service in this place is no longer very goodI returned a hood for damages and they won't give me another one if I don't pay it again. and whoever pays, owes it as credit to buy something else. that sounds absurd

There is always a long wait, no matter what time of the day, the management is aware but choose not to take proper action, they could see on pick times move staff to expedite orders, there are options if they only choose to execute it.
