Krown Akron

I had a great experience with Krown Akron. The customer service was fantastic and the work they performed was even better. The rust prevention they do is awesome, and they even wash your vehicle after and make it look like new. I will definitely be returning next year.

Just got my car oil sprayed at Krown Akron. The experience at Krown was exceptional with friendly staff and professional service. I will be returning next year for rust prevention treatment to keep my car body in great condition. So get Krowned in Copley!

Just had my Adventure Van into Krown Akron today(Glen, feel free to post a picture) and am really happy with the work that was done. My quest for rustproofing started with another Krown facility before Krown Akron was even open, but through a series of events I ended up talking to Glen, the owner, right as the business was opening a few weeks ago(Jan of 2025). I needed to make sure he could fit my van into his shop, as the previous place I spoke with could not. If you have a lifted rig or something that requires significant clearance, this is your place. Anyway, Glen, Mitchell and Drew were awesome and very professional. Every step of the process was explained and any and all questions that I had were answered adequately. These guys, despite being new to the Krown product, know their stuff and did a fantastic job. Glen even contacted Krown ahead of my appointment to make sure that they were knowledgeable of my older vehicle which was not in the database they use. That's right, this job is not just a quick undercoat. They actually have an entire database of vehicles so they know where to spray into numerous cavities and body panels and even drill holes to get into know problem areas of a particular vehicle. I had planned to do this job myself, but to be honest, it didn't cost too much more than I would have spent in materials and supplies and I would not have done nearly as thorough of a job. Glad I didn't hassle with this one on own. Krown Akron is a little over an hour and a half from my house, but I will return next year. And as I acquire new vehicles, they will all be taken to Krown Akron each and every year. If you are worried about them being a new business... don't be. I have been to well established businesses that aren't run as well or as courteous toward their customers. They will answer all your questions and take great care of your vehicle. If you are reading these reviews because you are debating whether or not to call them, stop reading and make an appointment! Oh, and when I left, my van was as clean as it has been in a long time. It may not be that clean until I get it back to them next year!!

I had an amazing experience at Krown Akron! The owner was extremely friendly and made sure I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. They got the job done quickly, and the quality of work was top-notch. I could tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend Krown Akron if you're looking for excellent service and results!

I heard about Krown years ago from a car guy. He said it’s the best rustproofing there is. I used to drive over an hour to have my car done every year. I drive Jeep Wranglers and they love to rust like no other. I have a 2004 Wrangler and there isn’t a spot of rust on it. The fact that I can just drive down the street to Krown Akron and get this done as a huge deal. It’s way better than the alternatives like the messy recycled oil spray or other pricey options. This stuff really works. Beyond that, Glenn and the boys provide a great experience. Top notch. Even let me go in back while the car was on the lift and showed me the process. Pro tip: The spring is the best time to bring your car in. I read about it. There’s something about the salt getting activated as the weather gets warmer. I’ll be back soon with my other car.

This is the 3rd krown facility I have used. All of them have treated me and the vehicles well ( 1 ton pickup and a mini van.) Mitch and Glenn did a great job in Akron and really know their stuff. All oil on exterior of vehicle thoroughly washed off (no windshield smearing and no break slips) . Brining the van to them on Tuesday. Highly recommend and Spring is the time to treat the vehicles ( warmer Temps allow for product to more thoroughly creep and cover compared to colder temps)!

Appointment time was easy, and it only took like a half hour to apply to my truck. Given what oil spay costs, it's a fair price. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and friendly staff at Krown Akron! They got us right in. The owner showed us where the waiting room was and was sure to let our daughter know the Wi-Fi password 😉 He talked to us about what they were doing and allowed my husband to check out both vehicles when they were done. 5/5 stars would recommend and will definitely be back! 5-star customer service and the work they do is just as phenomenal. They even washed our cars when they were done!
