No frills auto parts store. Sells a lot of eBay no name items that are hard to find on any website. So budget orientated. Literally sold me the wrong brakes and rotors for my vehicle. But they did have hassle free returns without restocking fees and whatnot.

This company has no respect for residential neighborhoods or the law. I called in the past regarding their drivers speeding down the street and called again yesterday. We had a speed bump placed on our street because a child was hit, drug by the car and left lying in the street from the hit and run driver. The speed limit is 15 mph as anywhere with speed bump. Today it is worse, they are speeding down street, slamming on brakes at the speed bump. It appears they are doing this in purpose with no regards to the residents or law since we called yesterday..

While working on my Lesabre last weekend, the battery died, thankfully my neighbor was around to get a jump and keep going for the week, but I noticed that it wasn't starting like it should. Stopped in to the local AutoZone for their free check and was confirmed; the batter won't charge. Their two battery options were $145 and $160 for Duralast brand. I didn't care to pay that much, so I came back home and looked around. I am so thankful for finding the KOI Auto Parts stores, there happens to be two near me AND they carry ACDelco parts (OEM for Buicks) AND it was only $126. I used to go to AutoZone for the random repairs I make, but I am going to go to KOI first from now on. Great prices, friendly and fast service, all around perfect experience. The next time you need a part and you would like to stay OEM, give them a call!
