Knapheide Truck Equipment Center Customer Reviews

I really enjoyed doing business with these guys as Kaffenbarger. They're not the same anymore and it's sad to see them go downhill.

Great company! Professional service and knowledgeable. I have purchased parts for my snow plows and salt spreaders at this location. They got me the correct part the first time.

An absolutely atrocious experience with this company. Contacted them for a quote and approved it on 9/21. We were told it would take a week to get product. After checking back on 10/6 we were told they had forgotten about it and now it would be 10/18. After that email chain they claimed today we did not confirm for the 18th. We get 15-20 vans and trucks outfitted a year. This is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with.

Took 7 business days to complete 4 man hours of work on a response vehicle. We were told to deliver before 7am for them to work on that day, but they didn't do the work until later in week and didn't "inspect until the next week. Poor customer communication and no priority of work.
