Went in to buy wiper blades was ignored, had to ask to get help, was sold wrong blades son in law was going to install, found out one was the wrong size went back to get the right size for other wiper, i ask if he could put it on for me and he said "are u gonna tip me" will never go back they acted as if I was bothering them I'm elderly and was just trying to do a simple task will not go back should have went to auto zone down the street

What a joke will give you wrong part no matter what it is .pat more worried about running her mouth than actually going her job..so lost my business,anyone I can turn go to st paris, or at in New carisle or auto zone.

I always have a good experience here. Today was great. Terry went way beyond the call of duty when replacing a rear wiper blade that was a real bear to change. He went the extra mile to find a particular tool to get the job done expertly. Highly recommend.
